We are the owners, Chuck Ross (left) and Frank Ross (right), a duo supported by family and friends throughout this entire journey from the inception of F. A. Nino’s through today. With over 20 years of culinary expertise we have created something new and honest, it only takes the first taste to make a believer.

Our recipes are secrets mainly because grandma made us promise we wouldn’t share them. With her lessons and (scolding) tips and tricks, we mastered the kitchen. We use locally sourced ingredients from Sonoma County in California and don’t muddle our food with preservatives or artificial thickeners –you have to shake our product– it’s real food!
